Why it happens
- Expired credentials. OAuth connections to Google, Meta and others expire or lose permissions, and the workflow fails quietly.
- An API changed. A field was renamed or a version was retired, and the node keeps sending the old format.
- No error handling. Without an error workflow nobody gets alerted, so a failure is found days later by a customer.
- Too much data at once. Large lists processed in one go run out of memory or time instead of going in batches.

I reproduce the error with real execution data and find the exact node and cause.
I fix it and add an error workflow that alerts you by email, Telegram or Slack.
We test it together with real data.

Frequently asked questions
n8n Cloud or self-hosted?
Both work. n8n Cloud means no server to maintain. Self-hosted is cheaper with high volume, but someone has to keep it updated and backed up. I tell you which one fits your volume.
Can you move my Zaps to n8n?
Yes. I map each Zap, rebuild it in n8n, run both side by side with real data and switch off the Zap only when the n8n version matches.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite me as a user to your n8n, and the credentials stay in your instance under your accounts.
Do you also build AI agents in n8n?
Yes, including WhatsApp, lead qualification and booking flows. For high volume I sometimes move the heavy part to code, because it is more stable.
